John Cochran, is the Graduation Coach at Millington Central Middle High School. He works closely with students to identify academic and personal barriers to graduation as well as develop individualized plans to help them succeed. By partnering with families, teachers, and support staff, his focus is on improving attendance, boosting academic performance, and increasing student engagement. He also helps coordinate senior events and field trips to ensure students are celebrated and supported as they work toward earning their diplomas.

Ms. Thomas serves students in 9^th-12^th grade who have last names beginning with the letter N-Z.

Ms. Allen serves students in 9^th-12^th grade who have last names beginning with the letter L-Z

Mrs. Martin serves at the Senior Counselor. She is in charge of military recruiters and college reps. She is the College and Career Point of Contact as well as the Saturday ACT Coordinator. She is the NCAA and NAIA Point of Contact as well as the facilitator of ROX at MCMHS.
